Beautiful home is located at the end of a culdesac in a lovely neighborhood. Huge deck overlooks the Cape Cod Bike Trail. Includes large outdoor shower, 3 tvs and AC for each room. Use of 2 Association tennis and pickle ball courts is included. as well as 2 kayaks. Newer Kitchen with all amenities is well stocked. Furnishings are very nice, NEW PREMIUM mattresses in Master Bedroom and Guest Room. AC Splits throughout the home.

Tonda H.Lovely House near National seashore & great restaurants
We enjoyed our week stay in this roomy house that had a well stocked kitchen, 2 beautiful bathrooms, & 2 large living/family rooms. The deck was very large with lots of furniture that worked for sun or shade lovers. The house gave easy access to the Cape Cod Rail trail, beaches, movies, restaurants & other attractions. Definitely would go back!

Our family group of 6 adults had a fabulous stay in this home.Spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, we had everything we needed close at hand. The location was perfect for us - adjacent to the Cape Cod Rail Trail for morning walks and bike rides, and close to bay-side and ocean beaches. Easy drive to supermarket and restaurants as well. We're already looking forward to renting this house next summer!

Our family group of 6 (plus a dog) had a fabulous week in this Eastham house. Adjacent to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and an easy drive to both bay-side and ocean beaches, it was comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped for everything we needed. Huge deck with a gas grill, nearby pickleball and tennis courts, and a quiet neighborhood allowed us to both relax and be active. We are hoping our schedules allow us to return to this home next year!
