Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Kids can play safely in the front yard. Little traffic. As an additional note, it is very important for renters understand the home is non-smoking. Family allergies prevent us from anything different.

Regarding pricing, we point out that the cost of a decent hotel for one week in the summer is $2950. One room , one week and a hotel we would consider nice. The Hampton Inn in West Yarmouth. Our price is approx. $4,500. The cost of 1 1/2 rooms but en entire house with amenties, beach chairs, own patio, walk to the beach etc.

West Yarmouth is centrally located mid cape for access to all activities up and down the Cape. The amount of family activities available within minutes drive from the home is extensive. Miniature golf, regular golf, go carts, battings cages, fun parks, water park, etc. Its the kid capital of Cape Cod. Yet the street your on is charming, quiet and a short walk to the ocean.
