This home has 2 separate living rooms each with a large screen TV. Large dining room table seats 8 but you would probably rather use the dining table on the screened in porch and watch the fishing boats going in and out of Rock Harbor. A .8 acre lot offers lots of backyard privacy including an oversized deck for entertaining. Tennis courts next door, bike route very close, half a mile to Boat Meadow beach and 2 miles to First Encounter Beach

Guests are responsible for providing linens and towels, putting out the trash for pickup, and returning the property to presentable condition. A changeover cleaning is included. There are no additional charges.
