Eastham - Ocean Side -Near Nauset Light Beach (MM-874)

This lovely bow-roofed Cape features a large screened ‘summer room’ with sitting and dining areas, cable TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows looking out on the spacious, secluded yard.  The house is in a private, tree-lined setting on a quiet cul-de-sac. The interior is open, bright, and furnished in ‘cozy-contemporary style’, with ceiling fans in the living room and porch. The second cable TV and DVD player are in the living room. The loft is stocked with books, puzzles, and board games for all ages. There’s plenty of room to spread out and still be close by. High-speed internet throughout. The three attractive bedrooms have window air conditioners.  On the first floor, one bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the second bedroom has 2 twin sized beds. The first-floor bathroom has a tub.  Upstairs, the master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and en suite bathroom with shower. The fully-equipped kitchen adjoins the handsome dining area.  Gas grill and picnic table in the yard. There's both a drip and K-cup coffee maker. Everyone loves the roomy, enclosed outdoor shower! Imagine your vacation downtime and meals in the ‘summer living and dining room’, frequently called ‘the porch’ by the truly relaxed. Within a 4-mile radius of the house, you can dive into the surf at the National Seashore beaches, glide into Eastham’s freshwater swimming ponds, or drift with the wavelets at the Bay beaches and watch a spectacular sunset over Cape Cod Bay. Beach chairs are provided for your use. You may want to bring or rent bikes. Two glorious National Seashore beaches are close to the house: Nauset Light Beach is 1 mile directly down Cable Road, and Coast Guard Beach is only 2 miles from the house, right along the coast road. Catch an awesome Atlantic Ocean sunrise! The paved 25-mile Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path is just one mile from the house. You’ll want to visit the National Seashore Visitors’ Center in Eastham. It hosts a terrific historical museum, films, entertainment, educational programs, and scenic walking and biking trails.
