The house is in a private, tree lined setting on a quiet cul de sac, one mile from Nauset Light Beach on the National Seashore. The interior is open, bright, and furnished in cozy contemporary style, with ceiling fans in the air-conditioned living room and on the porch. The second cable TV and DVD player are in the living room. High-speed internet/WiFi, and Bluetooth speaker. The three attractive bedrooms have window air conditioners. On the first floor, one bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the second bedroom has two twin sized beds. The first floor bathroom has a tub and the washer/dryer. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a queen sized bed and en- suite bathroom with shower. The loft, furnished with two couches, is a great hang out space, with books, board games, and puzzles for all ages. The fully equipped kitchen adjoins the comfortable dining area. There is both drip and Kcup coffee makers, and gas grill, lawn chairs, and picnic table in the yard. Everyone loves the roomy, enclosed outdoor shower! Imagine your vacation downtime and meals in the summer living and dining room, frequently called the porch by the truly relaxed. You may want to bring or rent bikes nearby. Within short rides, you can dive into the surf at two Oceanside National Seashore beaches, glide into Eastham freshwater pond beaches, or drift with the wavelets at Eastham Bay beaches and soak in a spectacular sunset over Cape Cod Bay. Two glorious Oceanside National Seashore beaches are close to the house: Nauset Light Beach is 1 mile directly down Cable Road, and Coast Guard Beach is only 2 miles from the house, right along the coast road. Catch a breathtaking Atlantic Ocean sunrise! We provide beach chairs for your use. The paved 25 mile Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path is an easy 1 mile ride from the house. For a great meal, you will enjoy the many nearby restaurants and easy, fun take out spots, and timeless outings like a movie at the Wellfleet Drive In! The National Seashore Visitors Center in Eastham features a terrific historical museum, films, Ranger led educational programs, live music, and scenic walking and biking trails.
