This 3,000 sq ft. plus rental is equipped like a home with quality furniture, appliances, finishes and every amenity you could think of to make your vacation complete. Our home boasts an open floor plan, with 4 bedrooms - one downstairs (queen bed), two upstairs (one with two twin beds and another with two bunk beds). The master bedroom (king bed) is accessed through a separate stairway. The master bedroom also has a private balcony and private full bath.
Game Room at basement level. Features ping pong table, pool table, TV/couch area, and walk out to patio level.
A Large deck overlooks the water at high tide and is surrounded by about 1.25 acres of protected land. Enjoy the serenity of the sunset or kayak from the house to the Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary or bike through the Cape Cod National Seashore. Beautiful Marconi Beach is just 2.5 miles away.

This beautiful home is spacious, wonderfully cared for, conveniently located and private. The layout allowed for 10 of us -3 family units-to have privacy and quiet. Up and downstairs living areas were great to spread out. Gated deck perfect for toddlers. But my favorite part is the location right on the marsh where we could see the sunrise and the tides come in and out all day. Irena was a supportive host and we will definitely want to return here!

Carley S.Stunning home, great location and wonderful stay in Wellfleet!
This home is clean, well-appointed and a fantastic layout for groups or multigenerational families. Located in a quiet neighborhood with views of the marsh, this home truly has it all. Beautiful sunsets with a great location, the rental house is just down the road from the famed Wellfleet drive-in, Hog Island Brewery Wellfleet, walkable to Bait & Tackle or the C-Shore restaurants. Having separate living areas (Master bedroom has its own staircase!), game room, which was perfect for movie nights with the kids, ping pong, pool and a downstairs refrigerator for overflow food or beverages. Great mudroom / entryway and the garage was perfect for storing beach gear (much of which was provided including beach chairs, umbrella, beach games, multiple boogie boards and the like). We also loved the separate side entrance that opened to a mudroom type area with a bench and hooks for hanging sweatshirts or towels. Washer/dryer, plenty of cooking utensils (blender, coffee pot that takes ground coffee, pots/pans, grilling gear and wine glasses). Sheets/linens are provided (optional to use in the event you don't want to launder them yourselves before checking out), bath towels, etc. Owner was responsive and easy to work with. You will have everything you need, just bring yourselves and stock up on your necessary groceries. Enjoy!

We are New Yorkers who have been renting in Wellfleet, our “happy place” for almost 50 years! This modern home had all the amenities anyone could want including a fun basement with fooseball table and air hockey, great outdoor bbq and shower , beautiful inside and out! The owners attention to every detail made our stay a perfect one !
