A little gem
While searching for a cottage, I stumbled across a wonderful place off the main roads and wow… What a gem! The location was perfect, five minutes to several beaches on the Bayside, and only seven minutes from the national seashore! The cottage was so quaint and beautiful. It was exactly what we were looking for. I believe it was built in 1953 and has the old-school charm of days passed. It reminded me of the cottage, my grandfather built that we grew up in. The inside was small and inviting, however has a large living room. The outside shower was the best for all of us! Wow! Not kidding! We loved sitting out on the patio in the morning, and in the evening, lots of privacy and beautiful yard! We watched dear, bunnies, foxes, coyotes, not to mention the birds! If you love nature, it is amazing! Only 25 minutes from Provincetown, and 10 minutes or less to the rotary in Orleans. Such a quiet spot close to everything, also walking distance to the drive in theatre in wellfleet. They have a flea market that is so fun! If you love the old charm of Cape Cod… no frills, real cape life… I highly recommend! Thank you Charlie Frodigh! We will see you next year! Can’t wait!… Kristin.

A little gem.
I stumbled across this little cottage while looking to book a vacation, what a gem. A wonderful location off the main roads, a cute little old cottage with a big beautiful yard and a lot of privacy. I stayed for a week with my girlfriends, it was awesome relaxing outdoors on the patio. We saw so much wildlife, bunnies, deer, foxes, coyotes tons on birds and so much more. The location couldn’t have been better, 5 minutes to several beaches and Nauset. Walking distance to the Wellfleet drive in theater and flea market. The inside was small and inviting, keep in mind it’s a very old cottage built in 1953 I believe. It was exactly what we were looking for, it reminded me of my grandparents house in Eastham that we grew up in. We are looking forward to going back next year it was exactly the old-school Cape Cod experience that we all love. Thank you Charlie Frodigh! You are a joy!
