Our incredible newly remodeled vacation rental is perched on a bluff with its own little beach looking out to the most amazing views of Lewis Bay in Nantucket sound. The open concept great room in sunroom is perfect for entertaining family and friends. We have dining for 15+ in our ocean front living space that draw in the natural beauty of the ocean right into your vacation. Whether you’re on the bridge deck or in bed you’re right in the action of Hyannis harbor. Watch amazing sunrises and sunsets and one of our mini outdoor spaces and view the night sky over the Moon let ocean. Enjoy the best views of Fourth of July fireworks too on your very own semi-private beach with the beach chairs. This home is ideal location in West Yarmouth On the Hyannis border, just a 15 minute walk to trader Ed’s and tugboats and a short drive to Main Street in Hyannis and route 28 in Yarmouth.

The price above is the base price for 4 guests. There is a charge of each additional person $40 per day. If you would like to book with us, we provide a rental agreement and once signed we usually require half of the payment now and the balance 30 days prior to check in. If that does't work then we can break down the payment into thirds. Check in is at 3pm and Check out at 10am. I can send an invoice for payment with a credit card through Stripe. We also accept Venmo and Paypal. Please remember the pricing does not include cleaning or the 14.45% tax. Also check out our specials!

The house itself is located on the water and has incredible views. We loved the direct access to the water. I wouldn't say it's newly remodeled as it's got a lot of wear and tear inside. Most annoying was the fact that it wasn't stocked and ready for new guests. There was no spare toilet paper, we had to buy our own. And the paper towel holder on the sink was empty. We bought our own. Was it worth it? Yes. Five stars? Not quite. I also found the owner was not communicative. I had sent an email with a question and never got a reply.

David B.Amazing House and an amazing vacation!
We spent about 10 days here in June of 2024. The house is amazing, the views are amazing and we had such a great vacation. The pictures look great, but the house is even better in person. Pretty much has everything you would need and close to town to get anything you want. Waking up every morning to the incredible views of the bay was out of this world. Would highly recommend staying here and we look forward to coming back again.
