Pretty and spacious (over 3000 square feet of living space!) year round home in popular Dennis! A little over a mile to Princess Beach, and under 5 minute drive to Corporation and Mayflower beach. 2.7 miles to Corporation, 3.3 miles to Mayflower

This welcoming home offers 4 bedrooms (2 up, 2 down) 2 and a half baths, and plenty of room to spread out and relax. There is a dining room, family room, large finished lower level with two rooms with big flat screen and area for board games. Well equipped. Window ac units in bedrooms and large window ac in dining room.

Extra large deck with gas grill and plenty of outdoor seating. Lower patio plus front area with more seating. Pretty landscaping and gardens, portable outdoor rinsing shower, and even a bocci court!

8 people max. No smoking, sorry, no pets allowed. Note from guest "House was excellent! It had everything we could possibly need. We spent so much time on the deck!"

Centerville Home

Great location, very clean, kitchen well equipped. Loved the outdoor shower and deck was perfect to sit out in the morning with a cup of coffee looking out at the pond or in the evening to sit and have dinner and drinks. Gas grill was brand new. Fire pit was a nice place to sit at night.
