The home faces due west for great sunsets. Look out any window at high tide and you feel like you're on a boat. At low tide you see miles of sand flats, wading pools and people playing bocce, volleyball, baseball, skim boarding, clamming, finding sea creatures or many other fun beach activities. This beach house is meticulously maintained, well landscape, air-conditioned, well appointed and comes with paddle boards, kayaks and bicycles and other accouterments to make your stay pleasurable.

The beach side main level deck spans the width of the house to enjoy sun bathing, cooking on the gas grill and dining by the bay. If you want to be outside but out of the sun you will be able to find shade under an overhang on the southwest side of the deck for much of the day. There are stunning views from an upper level deck as well.

The inviting open floor plan on the first floor features a gourmet kitchen with an island and is ideal for socializing. The living room sports comfy lounge seating, a gas fireplace and space for playing board games--all with great views. The dining table is in a beach side bump-out and is surrounded by windows so everyone dining knows they at the water's edge. The first floor also has a half bath and a laundry room. The laundry room's outside door to the deck provides access to the adjacent outdoor shower and the path to the beach. This fully air-conditioned home has 4 bedrooms in the main house including 1 king bed in primary bedroom with private bath; 1 over-sized queen with private bath--both with stunning bay views; a large bedroom with twins bunk beds, a queen sized bed with a door to a Jack and Jill bath (bath has door to bedroom and hall); and a small bedroom with bunk beds and a changing table and a crib. The second floor also includes a small office/den that has sliding glass doors to the upper deck.

The property also has a guest suite over the garage which makes the property ideal for multi-generational families. The guest suite is air-conditioned, has both a queen and a twin bed, kitchenette (sink, refrigerator, micro wave, granite counter - no stove top), living area with TV and a private bath.
