About this rental
We affectionately call this house 'The Falmouth Local,' as it sits in the heart of beautiful Falmouth, within short walking distance to the quaint Main Street shops, delectable restaurants, fish markets, entertainment like bowling and axe-throwing (!), and is a short drive to Woods Hole and many of the Cape's most breathtaking beaches along the coast. Views of Martha's Vineyard on a clear day abound, and if you're into island hopping, the ferry is only a stone's throw!
The house sits on a generous corner lot with lots of outdoor space, and sunny, private hangout spots. The brand new kitchen is the heart of the home and connects to comfortable & modern living spaces, where you can cozy up with a book or lounge together. The location and character of this property make it an enjoyable destination for visitors year-round! First floor laundry room and one of two full baths are located right off the entry for convenience.
There are 2 king bedrooms with Smart TVs on the second floor and one is adjoined to the bunk room. The other king bedroom has 2 daybed chairs that unfold into twin-size cots for additional sleeping. The bunk room also has a reconfigurable play couch that can double as an overflow mattress if needed. The queen bedroom is on the first floor near the eat-in kitchen, with a cozy reading nook and blackout curtains to feel nicely private. All bedrooms are spacious and the home is equipped with a pack-n-play crib & high chair for those traveling with little ones.
Relax and unwind on the new patio or around the fire-pit after a day at the beach. Scurry across the street to Cape Cod Bagel when the first wafts of delicious bagels fill the air in the morning. Or venture over to the Shining Sea bikeway to get some exercise or take a leisurely ride on the extensive bike paths that connect to North and West Falmouth, all the way down to Woods Hole.
We've taken extra care to ensure you'll have a comfortable stay and feel like you are truly on vacation while you're here. The house has been completely updated with all new bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, laundry and living spaces. We've selected high-end linens, luxury mattresses and furnishings throughout the house to elevate your vacation stay and make sure you are comfortable! We also ensure the house is at its best for your family through professional cleaning services after each booking.
We hope you enjoy!

Amazing Pet-Friendly Cape Cod Cottage!
My family enjoyed this wonderful stay! I cannot say enough about the fabulous (big and little) touches that the host provided in this rental! We enjoyed the welcome basket and the yummy treats inside. Our fur baby had lots of space to relax in the evenings. The host was so accommodating and left us dog bones, bags, and bowls! The cottage was wonderfully decorated and clean! I especially appreciated the kid-friendly items- such as bowls, cups, and silverware. The rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfortable. I would not stay anywhere else on the Cape. It was all around fabulous. Thank you for making our experience easy and amazing. Your communication made the check in process effortless. We hope to come back soon!
