The spacious, sunny living room has double skylights in cathedral ceiling, working gas fireplace, beautiful 2022 custom wall to wall built in with books, games and 55” tv with YouTube and Fire Stick TV.
Crisp, clean bathrooms with oversized tub and no step shower in master suite. Master boasts cathedral ceilings and king sized bed. Second bedroom has queen sized bed and third bedroom has two twins.
Central air, central vac and Wi-Fi throughout.
Just a short walk to the Punkhorn Parklands in Brewster (Cape Cod’s largest conservation area). Hikers, birders, and bikers paradise. Or, you can drive in and enjoy a kayak or swim in one of them many hidden gem kettle ponds. Very central to Harwich (10 min to Bank St), Brewster (14 min to Breakwater) and Dennis beaches (14 min to Corporation beach), as well (under 5 minutes) to local ponds. Note: We are continually curating the best decor in our space for your comfort, and pictures will be updated throughout this process. New living room and farmer’s porch furniture, as well as outdoor kitchen and patio will be added shortly.

Communication from the host before you even check-in is amazing. If you have never been to Harwich you already feel like you have been coming here for years with her guide that she sends. This was also one of the only places that I was allowed to being my Bernese mountain dog and black lab without an extra fee!! Vacations can get expensive and having to board or pay extra for your animals was not something that I wanted to do. Check-in was easy, the house was clean, and my family and dogs felt right at home. The spacious kitchen and living room make it a perfect place to cook for friends and family. Lastly, the outdoor patio and built in grill put everything over the top. We felt like family here and loved it so much that we already booked our week for next year!

We recently stayed at Megan’s house for a month and the experience exceeded my expectations. The house was extremely clean and well appointed. We loved sitting on the front porch - it is a very peaceful neighborhood. We were able to bring our dog and she loved all of the nearby hiking trails. Megan was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to any questions. Great experience.

I loved staying here! This home was so spacious and tastefully decorated. It had all of the amenities me and my family needed and the beds were super comfortable. It was very well-maintained and peaceful. I loved sitting on the farmers porch and the patio, drinking my coffee and enjoying the beautiful weather. There were so many great walking trails and places to get out in nature. It was a great location close to the beaches, highway, and a short drive to the hustle and bustle of downtown Harwich. I can’t wait to visit again.

Our family was extremely comfortable and happy staying at this adorable home for an extended weekend. The owners have put much thought into the homes interior, exterior, amenities and decor. We loved being able to have our dog there with us and walking the quiet street. There was plenty of room and seating for everyone to be in the kitchen and common areas at the same time. We also appreciated not having to buy every single item needed, like soaps, spices, etc. for our stay. It made us spend less time at the store, and less money! The owners communicated very well prior to our arrival. We would definitely rent this home again! Thank you for a wonderful weekend with family at your home!

Beautiful sunlit home in a nice neighborhood. The family/ dining room area was perfect for our family of 6. Everything was clean and ready for our visit. The owner was a pleasure to deal with, very responsive. We also appreciated that we could bring our dog.For suggestions: I would add a couple of pots and salad/mixing bowls to the kitchen.

Six of our family had a wonderful stay at the house in Harwich. The location was convenient and in a very nice neighborhood. The newly done outside deck and grill is first rate. The house is very comfortable and nicely appointed. The owner was also a pleasure to deal with.

My family and friends had a great time in Harwich. The sun drenched, well designed home was comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The patio is great for having dinner outdoors, and the bedrooms were comfortable. One thing we’d recommend is getting more railings for elderly visitors.

Hi Megan, We wish to take a minute to thank you for such an awesome place. Without a doubt this has been the most beautiful home we gave rented over the years. You are right in the middle of the action to go beaching, golfing, grocery shopping and the rail trail. The amenities include central air, central vac and so much more. The front porch is perfect with the swing and rocking chairs. You can sit there in the evening and enjoy the quiet and the breezes. The house is extremely clean and well appointed. It was been a please dealing with you and your dad is great.
