There is an in-law apartment behind the house that may have guests staying also, but it is completely detached from the main house and has a separate entry. There is also a ferry that goes to the vineyard which is a 5-minute drive. The main street in Hyannis, a tourist hotspot is only a few minutes away. A rare find!
