Fabulous Family Vacation!
We spent the week with our adult sons and their partners and had a great time. The weather was less than we expected for July- only in the 70s, but the house made being there wonderful anyway. The view from the living room and bedrooms was spectacular. The kitchen was very well equipped with anything you could need. One night we cooked lobsters and there were crackers and picks for everyone! The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked like a dream, our hot family was happy. The gas grill and fireplace outside were a real treat. We would come back in a heartbeat. We had one small issue with the outside shower and when I emailed the owner, someone came within a few hours to fix it.

Truly the perfect beach house!
I have been renting houses on the Cape for many years and this house was by far the best experience. The view of the marsh from backyard, living room and bedroom was stunning, as were the sunrises. The house itself is beautiful, extremely comfortable and well-equipped with all amenities. The location is fantastic- walking distance to Coast Guard Beach or easy access to shuttle. Close to hiking, kayaking, bay beaches, yoga and great restaurants. Heather (host) was absolutely wonderful to work with. We can't wait to return!

Can't wait to come back!
What can I say? This house, and the location is to die for. Truly, one of the best views on the Cape overlooking the marsh and outer beaches. We brought our paddle boards and had a great time exploring the marsh. It was very easy to put them in down the street, and then we'd just pull them up to the bottom of the stairs. We loved that the house is in the National Park. It's very quiet and peaceful, and COMFORTABLE!. It was HOT for a few days while we were there, and the AC works great. Beds are super comfortable, and the hosts are amazing. I'm looking forward to coming back this summer!
