This classic Cape Cod cottage is newly renovated! A 4BR/4BA duplex allows for couples, multi-generational families and friends to rent together but retain some privacy. Tasteful furnishings, modern amenities, and air conditioning combine to make this an ideal vacation home. The kitchen is well stocked in both units with stainless appliances and granite countertops. Each bedroom is furnished with new mattresses. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are in the attic. The backyard is fenced in to allow you to sit outside on the deck and enjoy outdoor cooking on the gas grill, or play games. A short stroll will bring you to gorgeous Crowell Beach (beach pass provided) This beach on beautiful Lewis Bay is an excellent for small children and adults alike. Shallow, warm water, and a stream to catch small fish and other sea creatures. Ideal for kayaking and paddle boarding. You can also walk to nearby Seagull Beach (public) for a change of scenery. You will be only minutes from dining, shopping, golfing, and many children’s activities. Peak-season Sat to Sat. 5 night stays available upon request in May/June and September.

Whether relaxing inside, or outside on the deck, the surroundings are sure to please. This home is available for 5 night minimum stays with an added $150 cleaning fee. (Cleaning fee included with 7 nights or more) Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available upon request at an additional cost.
