The first floor features a Master Bedroom with a King-sized bed, adjacent to a master bathroom with an oversized walk in shower and laundry. It is also attached to an office space that is furnished with a crib.

Open concept informal dining room and living room with stone hearth fireplace is the perfect place to gather after a lovely day at the beach, or after spending the day downtown exploring Sandwich and the rest of Cape Cod’s charm.

A newly renovated basement suite includes an additional bedroom with a full bed, a futon, a desk, and a full bathroom this is perfect for older children, grandparents, or bringing a sitter along.

Area Information

We have a private association beach but we are right between East Sandwich Beach and Sandy Neck if you want public access. Downtown is just 5 miles away!
