Please note, some rental sites charge hefty service fees to both owners and tenants (this site does not- spread the word!!). You must bring your own towels and sheets or rent them. I provide beach chairs and coolers. No smoking (even outside). No pets, no events, no guests (even day guests), NO EXCEPTIONS. Please call for additional information. There is central a/c on the second floor (four bedrooms) and one large window a/c downstairs in the family room and another in the downstairs bedroom.

Rent an American Classic. This five-bedroom home sleeps ten comfortably. Built in 1867, this Sea Captain's home is one of a kind and provides a unique New England feel. Three sitting rooms, two patios, and two porches allow the group to spread out. Exceptionally bright and breezy, there are large windows and hardwood floors throughout. The downstairs features a large kitchen, family room, bedroom, dining room, living room, and full bath (with bathtub). There are four large bedrooms and a bath (shower only) upstairs. There is also a large outdoor shower.
The heated pool is completely fenced in and locked for safety. The spacious, private yard features two patios and ample furniture.
With every convenience close by, this house is in the heart of the historic district. Walk to Grand Cove, the playground, ice deli, a cozy restaurant and Ardoe's (Italian restaurant).
The go-carts, trampolines, batting cages, bumper cars, kayak rentals are all approximately .5-3 miles away.
South Village Beach (mouth of the Swan River-great for boogie boards) and West Dennis Beach (lots of parking and located at the mouth of the Bass River) are both just 1.3 miles down the street. Central location facilitates trips to Hyannis, Chatham, Provincetown. Dennis has beautiful beaches on both Nantucket Sound and Cape Cod Bay (all accessible with a weekly pass).
