We've been told pictures can't capture the beauty of this home and location. The view is breathtaking and the solitude is welcoming. The kitchen has everything you need to make incredible meals. The beds are heavenly with feather pillows and 400 thread count linens.

In the kitchen and laundry room we supply laundry detergent, dish detergent, paper towels and trash bags to help get you started. We supply hand cleaners, toilet paper, tissues and soap in every bathroom. Outdoor shower has body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There are cleaning products for your use. Enjoy the private beach and 5 boats are waiting for your use. This is the home for getting away from it all.

You can fly in and enjoy a vacation where all you need to do is relax. The gourmet kitchen comes with the best appliances including a Sub Zero refrigerator, Thermador double ovens, Dacor gas range, 3 ice-makers, and pantry with another refrigerator. There are multiple areas where you can escape and watch movies or play with a Wii or sit in the sunroom and fall asleep on the goose down couch. A private beach is right outside the door. Salt water beaches are 5 minutes away. Bike path is located nearby. The only decision you need to make is what kind of fun you want to experience in Cape Cod at this centrally located estate.

Area Information

Brewster is centrally located on the Cape with beautiful bay beaches that are safe for children and warmer waters. Near the bike trails, fabulous restaurants, shopping and hiking. Or like most of my renters stay on the property and enjoy privacy in your pajamas with coffee in the morning or lovely happy hours with beautiful sunsets.
