Quite neighborhood has a very private yard, and is close to many activities: shopping at Mashpee Commons (3miles) Mashpee nature walks, lots of restaurants, and a beach (3.2 miles). House may be deceiving from the outside but once you walk in - you feel at home and plenty of room for your family to enjoy. Big backyard with an oversized outdoor shower - great for when you return from the beach. Build some memorable memories at our beach house, you won't be disappointed!
