Quite neighborhood has a very private yard, and is close to many activities: shopping at Mashpee Commons (3miles) Mashpee nature walks, lots of restaurants, and a beach (3.2 miles). House may be deceiving from the outside but once you walk in - you feel at home and plenty of room for your family to enjoy.
