This lovely brand new home in Brewster is in a great location! There are trails adjacent to the property that lead right to Nickerson State Parks for beautiful hiking trails and ponds to swim. Just a short stroll away at apprx. 1/2 a mile is Owl Pond where you can canoe or paddleboard. This home features a spacious layout great for the whole family. The large deck in the back with beautiful views and scenery is the perfect spot to lounge outside and enjoy the Cape Cod outdoors.
There is central A/C throughout the home, gas grill out on the deck with table and chairs. There are 2 smart TVs with expanded cable and streaming ability as well as high speed WIFI.
The kitchen is equipped with cooking and serving items and there is a combo Keurig / Traditional coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, stove / oven, fridge & microwave.
The beaches in Brewster are gorgeous! Brewster has some of the best Cape Cod offers with several Cape Cod Bay beaches. Crosby Beach is only a 2 mile drive. The bike trail is nearby as well at just 1.4 miles from the home.
The town of Orleans is just a short drive away as well. Great restaurants, shops and beaches are so convenient.
