The residence is set on a quiet residential street in southern Plymouth, just north of Cape Cod, and an hour’s drive from downtown Boston. The residence is adjacent to the Shifting Lots Preserve, a nature reserve maintained by the Wildlands Trust that borders Ellisville Harbor State Park. The area has plenty for nature lovers with bird watching and seals congregating at the state park. The closest shops and restaurants are a 5-minute drive away, and there’s a CVS, Shaw’s grocery store, and multiple restaurants within a mile. Sandwich is only a 15-minute drive and downtown Plymouth is 20 minutes.
