Cozy Orleans one bedroom bungalow in historic Rock Harbor. Immaculately restored with granite counters and beautiful hardwood floors, tile bath, and high quality construction. Set within the tranquil beauty of Rock Harbor Creek and just 0.2 miles to Rock Harbor & Cape Cod Bay and .9 miles to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining nook and living room. Cozy bedroom with new king bed, large closet, en-suite bathroom w/walk-in shower and stacked washer/dryer. In the living room there's a queen sleep sofa, TV and desk. The back yard has a picnic table and grill for summer cookouts and an outdoor shower. Two Kayaks available for guest use.

Awesome

Nice and clean rental. All kitchen amenities present. Nice location for bike riding CCRT and going to the beach. Would certainly rent again

The perfect getaway

This was our first time staying at this quaint cottage and it was beyond perfect! One of the cleanest rental properties we’ve ever stayed at with the most comfortable accommodations. Great location in Orleans - about 10 minutes to Nauset beach and about half way between Wellfleet and Chatham - so many great beaches, restaurants, and shopping near by. The property had everything you could need and then some! The view was also gorgeous and made for the perfect sunsets. We’ll definitely be back! Cannot say enough good things.
