Welcome to The Seaside Gem! Our charming & newly updated cottage in the desirable Great Harbors neighborhood in Falmouth is perfect for families. You will feel like you're on vacation from the moment you arrive!

Our classic Cape house has two levels: the main floor with kitchen, dining room, living room, Queen bedroom and one full bath. Upstairs are two additional large bedrooms and a second full bath. Plus central AC to keep you cool!
The main level contains a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary chef’s tools, plus an island with seating for two. Our coffee bar includes everything you need to stay caffeinated: a drip coffee machine, French press, bean grinder, and pour over equipment. The dining room is open to kitchen and has seating for 6. Our cozy & tastefully decorated living room has a smart TV, books, games, and puzzles.
There is one bedroom downstairs which contains a queen sized bed. Directly next to this bedroom is the downstairs bathroom with shower. Head upstairs to the second floor with two large bedrooms. Bedroom 2 contains 1 queen and 2 twin beds; Bedroom 3 has two double beds, as well as a desk. Between the two upstairs rooms is a full bathroom with a shower/tub . All bedrooms are equipped with new memory foam mattresses & pillows, and blankets. Linens (sheets and bath towels) are provided for your convenience.
Our home is located in Great Harbors, and all renters will have access to the community tennis & pickleball courts, as well as a basketball court, playground, and small beach perfect for fishing or launching a kayak.
**Optional: Guest passes can be purchased for an additional $350 weekly fee for access to the private association pool (overlooking the water) and Club House. These amenities are just 1 block from the house! Pool is open daily from mid June - Labor Day.

We are located in Great Harbors, a private community with family-friendly, quiet streets perfect for a leisurely walk or bike ride. Our house is 1 block from a small neighborhood beach on Great Pond where you can launch your kayak, as well as FREE amenities like a playground, basketball court, and baseball diamond.
5 minutes drive to multiple Falmouth beaches, including Menauhant beach, Bristol Beach, and Falmouth Heights!
A very quick bike ride along the ocean to Falmouth Harbor, Falmouth Heights, and beyond. We will even provide you with a custom guide book recommending the best walks from the house :)

Menauhant Beach (the closest beach to us) is one of the few Falmouth beaches that doesn't require a parking sticker, and allows daily visitor parking! You can also bike there from the house.

Pet fee (1 dog max): $150

Notes:
On stays of 7+ nights, a $250 refundable security deposit is required.
On stays of less than 7 nights, a $100 security deposit is required.
The weekly pool pass is $350 and covers 4 people; each additional person is $50. Pool pass fees are paid directly to the Great Harbors association and are optional for renters. Pool is open daily from mid June to Labor Day.

About the owner: We have been vacationing on the Cape for years and we are excited to welcome guests to our new rental property to make memories! We LOVE Falmouth due to the variety of beaches, amazing seaside bike path, proximity to Martha's Vineyard, and charming, lively downtown! Our neighborhood, Great Harbors, is extremely family friendly and you will see plenty of people out walking, jogging, and riding their bikes all summer long.
Why this property? Our house is a quintessential Cape style home, with one bedroom on the main level and two bedrooms upstairs, which allows for privacy for guests. Our favorite room is probably the outdoor shower, followed by the spacious yet cozy living room!

Great location near playground, beaches and Falmouth center. Charming Cape house with three comfortable bedrooms and spacious backyard. Located less than a five minute walk to a local playground and five minute drive to the beach to enjoy the sun. The house was comfortable and clean with all our needed amenities. The location was ideal to enjoy all Falmouth had to offer and on a quiet residential street. We had a wonderful long weekend and would love to return again.

The Seaside Gem is just that! A peaceful retreat after a day at the beach, or cycling the Shining Sea Bikeway to Woods Hole! The location is perfect, close to everything you would want on a Cape vacation. I actually slept better here than I do at home! Thanks for sharing your home with us….we will return!

This house is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to pickle ball courts and a playground. Kat (the owner) was very friendly and accessible. The house is surprisingly large on the inside and has 6 beds. We loved the hammock and the outdoor shower and grill. We will definitely be back!
