About the owner: As a child, our family vacationed in this adorable neighborhood. We were fortunate to purchase the original cottage, which used to stand here in the late '70's, and then re-built our now year-round home in the early '90's. We spent our summers in the new house when our kids were young and we now offer to share it with you to make your Cape Cod vacation memories.
What is special about this property?
Location, location, location…..we've loved this location for over 40 years. It's an easy stroll to the family friendly Atlantic Street beach as well as a short walk into town for coffee, restaurants, bars, shops, CVS & US Post Office. Since we're on a dead end street, your vacation is peaceful and private. Our beach house is meticulously maintained and always clean and fresh for your arrival.
We are readily available, during your stay, for any questions you may have. We are a total turn-key vacation rental.....not only is the home stocked with bed linens, bath & beach towels, beach buggy, chairs & umbrellas, to ease you into vacation mode, we also provide starter supplies of paper products, soaps, trash bags and many often used condiments. A ''Renters Guide'' book will acquaint you with the ins and outs of our home and the area.
Why this property? Harwich is conveniently located just before the elbow of the Cape. We're convenient to Hyannis as well as Provincetown and all points in between. The Freedom Cruise line, just down the street, offers seasonal daily ferry service to Nantucket Island.

Vacation Perfection
I highly recommend this outstanding vacation home for anyone looking for a perfect stay in a fantastic location. This wonderful house is a short walk to both beach and town and an easy car ride to two of my favorite towns - Chatham and P'town! Shopping, restaurants, interesting sites, art, music, theater & activities are all close by and don't forget the best ice cream - Sundae School! The house itself has everything you could possibly need in a home-away-from-home. It is all quality - not your typical rental unit cast-offs. There are full sets of table wear, stainless, glass wear, sheets and towels. They actually match! - nothing cobbled together from discards. The kitchen is a cook's delight - everything needed for a night in. After reading the owners' background, it is clear that they have a deep connection to the community, love their home, and want to showcase it in the very best light. And they succeed - it is absolutely the cleanest, best stocked house we've ever rented. I can't wait to come back!!

Very Special!
I don’t often write reviews, but this charming rental truly deserves one. It’s an incredibly comfortable home, filled with natural light and cozy furniture. What really stood out to me was just how well-equipped it is. They’ve thought of everything—multiple sets of dinnerware, placemats, cloth napkins, ice buckets, beach towels, chairs, beach toys, a buggy, a highchair, games, books, and so much more. It’s simply fabulous! The neighborhood is also wonderful, with a special charm and just steps away from a quaint beach on Nantucket Sound. A truly special place. Thank you!

Fantastic Cape Stay Perfect Location
This was our 5th year staying here and it was just as amazing as the first time. The house is super clean and well stocked with everything you'd want to have a relaxing stay with family near the beach. There is plenty of space for everyone yet it feels cozy too. The kitchen is probably one of the best I've experienced! So well stocked with things for cooking, celebrating, and staples. The proximity to the beach cannot be beat. We loved being so close to the main area of Harwich Port and took several walks to Sundae School, the Wednesday night music event, and the fun shops. Marilyn is easy to reach and has very clear instructions about the house, fun facts about the neighborhood, games and books for rainy days, local recommendations, etc... I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. We will for sure try to stay here the next time we are on the Cape.
