Located in the coveted Meadow View Farms development, you will enjoy this lovingly cared for, 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath, Cape Style home. The desirable layout includes a first-floor master bedroom with a bathroom and two sizable bedrooms on the second floor. The open kitchen, living, and dining area is the perfect space for gathering with your family after fun in the sun at any of the beautiful beaches on Martha's Vineyard. Our home has an outdoor shower and a rear deck that is just right for enjoying a cocktail and firing up the grill.

If exercise is essential during your retreat, take advantage of the association tennis courts a few steps from the house. Our home is also minutes away from Farm Neck Golf Club and right off the bike path if you wish to take a short ride to Oak Bluffs.
