This beautiful, comfortable, and spacious home is nicely furnished and well-equipped. It has 5 large bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms, a spacious new kitchen with 2 ovens; a large family/dining room combination, as well as a large living room and SECOND dining room. There are 7 TV's. The HUGE yard and 1,300 SF deck with nice furniture is great for entertaining guests, there is also a new front porch with nice furniture great place to sit on a hot day to get a cool breeze. There is a large gas grill in the back yard for your convenience as well as a large outside shower.
West Dennis beach is 10 to 15 minutes walking distance, as well as a small private beach just 50 yards from the front door, this beach is good for toddlers. The house abuts Wrinkle Point, known as one of the most beautiful areas on Cape Cod. Dennis is also home of some of the best golf courses in New England!

Such a great home! Was wonderful for the large family group. Spotless, updated, spacious, and well lit. In a fantastic part of the Cape walking distance to both the Bass River and West Dennis Beach.

From the minute that we were greeted by Joan, the property owner, we knew that we choose the house that more than exceeded our expectations. The house was immaculate, expansive and exquisitely decorated. All the amenities were available. The outdoor was huge and manicured to perfection! The back deck was a dream for a family cookout. We would highly recommend this summer rental! Five stars!!!!!
