Nestled in a picturesque location, our newly constructed rental property is the perfect destination for your idyllic summer retreat. Family friendly, this home has everything you need to relax and enjoy all the best Cape Cod has to offer. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and all the cookware and utensils you need to create delicious meals. A lobster pot is also provided is you want to experience a Cape Cod tradition! The dining room seats ten guests comfortably, with additional seating available at the kitchen island.
The primary living room is spacious and bright, with plenty of natural light and comfortable seating for your whole group. A secondary living room downstairs includes a queen sized pull-out couch and has easy access to the outdoor amenities. Enjoy movie nights on the large flat-screen TV or cozy up inside on cooler evenings. We provide complimentary Fubo TV, Netflix, and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for entertainment for all ages.
This home features four spacious bedrooms, two with its own private bathroom. The primary suite is a true oasis, with a king-sized bed, large flat-screen TV, and a luxurious spa-style bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other bedrooms each offer their own unique style and comfort, with comfortable beds and high-end furnishings.
Outside, you'll find a beautiful 32 x 16 ft. heated saltwater pool, surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs and an outdoor dining area with a grill. There's also a secondary patio with an outdoor shower as well as an outdoor fire pit, perfect for evenings spent under the stars. The pool remains open until end of October!

This rental home is ideally located just a short distance from Cape Cod's best beaches, shopping, and dining. The home is 1 mile from beautiful Millway Beach and Barnstable Village. You will receive a beach sticker that grants you access to Millway as well as all 17 of Barnstable beaches. We also provide all the beach and pool accessories that you will need, so you can focus on relaxing and enjoying your vacation!

Why this property? We are so excited to invite you to stay in our custom built Cape house that we designed specifically for you and your family to create lasting memories. I grew up visiting my grandparents Cape house every summer and because of all the wonderful times we had, Cape Cod has a special place in my heart.
We designed this house to be a private oasis for friends and family to enjoy all that Cape Cod has to offer.
After a day enjoying Millway Beach, relax on the expansive deck or take a dip in the heated saltwater pool. Choose your own dinner adventure each evening: prepare a lobster feast in the chef's kitchen, enjoy a family BBQ or try one of the great restaurants in Barnstable Village and Hyannis. .
From luxury bedding and mattresses, to multiple outdoor gathering areas, to multiple 75 inch TVs, to a dedicated office and exercise area, we created an environment that we hope your family will want to come back to year after year!

Family Vacation For K.Our favorite home on the Cape!
We have rented "Making Waves" for 2 years now and truly enjoy staying here! From the responsiveness of the owners to the property manager and the homes amenities-we have found a keeper. The house is meticulously maintained and set back from the road for privacy. The grounds are beautiful and outdoor pool was a perfect option if you wanted to skip the beach that day. Our kids enjoyed night swimming too! The layout of the home was great for our group-with multiple levels and nooks to work or take a call from. My favorite was the laundry room-LOL. The location is central to many beaches and a short walk to town with some great options ie. coffee, shops and market. We love the home so much that we've shared with our friends too! Highly recommend-you won't be disappointed!
