Large outdoor deck (55' by 16’ or 880 sqft) 10 feet from the water. 1 car garage. Beautiful professional landscaped yard with a Cape Cod feel. This peaceful retreat also includes a fitness/games and lounge room, Wi-Fi/high speed internet, and a laundry room for added convenience. House is in a quiet peaceful neighborhood convenient to restaurants, shops, salt & freshwater beaches, bike path, and recreational activities. Our place will help you experience everything Yarmouth and the Cape has to offer.
Our property offers 1/2 acre of shoreline, privacy, private beach and recreational yard activities such as: croquet, Frisbee, fire pit, corn hole, sitting areas, hammock, sunny and shaded spots.

Kids enjoy the space withing the house, large rooms and plenty of beds. The activities room is a great place for the kids to entertain each other while the adults enjoy the deck and living rooms. The yard offers impressive space for yard games, tag etc... They also enjoy the beach, kayaks and paddle board. Fishing is also a highlight with high odds of catching something. Great experience for first time fishers. Being close to everything is also a convivence for the kids. Not spending extended time in the car makes life easier for the parents. Beaches, parks, bowling, arcades, shopping, arcades, mini golf and grocery store is within 5 minutes from the house.

Inside Scoop
Association Beach - is a private beach on Long Pond. There is no parking so the neighbors usually walk there. The beach is only 60 Steps from our driveway. there is also some green space on the Cude sac that is great for lawn games.
Long Pond is a quiet pond that only allows boats that have 5 HP electric motors - so the lake is quiet and tranquil. Its relaxing sitting on the deck watching the kayaks and paddle boarders go by. There are also 4 Swans that like to visit occasionally.

About the owner: We live 10-minute North of Boston. We have been vacationing on the Cape since we were kids. For the past 15 years we have a couple of cottages that we rent out seasonally and have enjoyed sharing our Cape Cod getaways with guests from all over the world. For the past 10 years we have been looking for the perfect property and we finally found it with this home. It has everything we were looking for. Water views and access, swimmable pond, sunsets and being Mid-Cape. Large enough so that we can entertain our friends and large family.
Why this property? We have been looking for a home that offers a swimmable lakefront and has enough space to entertain and allow multiple guests to stay comfortably. We also wanted a home that is convenient to beaches, restaurants and local activities. We have been looking for this particular property for close to 12 years. We are very excited that we have found this property, and we are looking forward to sharing with our guests and visitors.

Can you fish on the lake
Long Pond Lake is stalked throughout the year with trout, bass and other freshwater fish. We also provide a couple of fishing poles for our guests.
Is the neighborhood safe for jogging, walking and biking
Yes - Our house is situated on a cul-de-sac and connects to a number of side streets that are less traveled by cars.
Can I bring my Pet
Sorry - We have a number of family members and guests that have allergies to pets and we cannot offer this option.
