Notes:
1. No Processing fee if full payment is made at the time of the booking (within 5 days of the booking deposit)
2. If Traveler chose two pay options, or paper check payment, $75 for processing and tracking fee. For two pay option, 1/2 pay at the booking and the remaining payment will be due 30 days before rental starting date.
3. Any credit card payment, Credit card processing fee will be pass on to the traveler + a small processing fee.
Winter rental is available start from $1500/mon for one person, from $2000/for 2 people, one household
All summer weeks are Sat to Sat minimal 7 days booking.
Off Season booking minimal 2 days except National Holiday or school vacation long weekend, 3 nights minimal.
