About the owner: This Cape house in Eastham is our favorite place in the whole world. We have been coming to the Cape from New York for over 40 years and for the first time, we're opening up our home to others. We love to relax here, enjoy watching the birds, swim, fish and boat in the pond, and bike, jog and walk on the bike trail. We love to take trips to the beach, eat at Arnolds and then come back and watch the sunset from our backyard. You'll love it too!
Why this property? While there are many properties on Cape Cod that are near the water, we are one of the few properties you'll find that are actually on the water. Fishing, swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding are all right in your backyard. You can sit outside, watching the sun set in your own private paradise, without ever leaving the house...This house is a rare gem!
