Perfect for families or groups, our home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and is nestled on a peaceful side street, providing a quiet retreat while being just minutes away from the best attractions the Upper Cape has to offer.

Our Home Coastal Cottage offers 1,300 square feet of one-floor living with central air. Here, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing stay:
• Spacious Dining Room: Seats 8 comfortably, perfect for family meals.
• Fully-Equipped Kitchen: Includes a gas stove, dishwasher, island, pantry, and all the dishes, utensils, cookware, blender, coffee maker, and toaster oven you’ll need.
• Living Room: Relax with a smart TV, family board games, and plenty of space for everyone to unwind.
Comfortable Bedrooms Down the hall, you'll find 3 large bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished for comfort:
• Bedroom 1: Queen bed, smart TV, and sleeps 2.
• Bedroom 2: Full bed with twin trundle and 1 twin bed, perfect for families (sleeps 4).
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed, sleeps 2.
All bedrooms feature closets, dressers, nightstands, alarm clocks, and standing fans. We also provide 2 pack and plays, toddler plates, bowls, spoons, cups, and a clip-on high chair for the little ones.
Convenient Amenities
• Laundry: Washer and dryer located in the basement (detergent and dryer sheets provided).
• Safety: Magnetic safety locks on drawers and cabinets, plus a safety knob on the basement door for young children.
• Beach Gear: Store your beach items in our garage—beach chairs, sand toys, coolers, and a corn hole set are available for your use. Please note: the garage is for storage only—no parking.
Outdoor Space We're currently enhancing our outdoor area, which will be ready in time for the rental season. Stay tuned for updated photos! The private outdoor space will feature:
• A deck with seating under a gazebo ( will be complete prior to summer season)
• A propane fire table
• A smart TV for outdoor entertainment

• Keyless Entry: Easy self-check-in with a key code for both the front door and garage.
• Security: We have a doorbell camera and garage security camera for guest safety.

Important Notes
• Parking: Ample parking is available in the driveway and off-street, but please do not park in the garage.
• Stairs: There are stairs leading to the front door and to access the home from the garage.
• Dogs: We consider pets on a case-by-case basis—please discuss pet details when booking.
• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM, Saturday to Saturday.

road, offering scenic trails and tranquil beach areas. It’s also an excellent
spot for kayaking, paddle boarding, shell fishing, and sunset watching.
The food experience options are endless! We are 5 minutes from favorites such as the Lobster Trap, The Chart Room, Becky's Bakery, Somerset Creamery, and the The Daily Brew. We are just a short ride to Falmouth Center and great shops to browse on quaint and walkable Main Street.
