*please note - this is not a full renovation; owners have refreshed the existing property, built in 1984, with cosmetic updates, new furnishings and modern amenities.

Living Room: sofa & loveseat, two accent chairs, coffee & side tables, Smart TV, record player & curated vinyl selection, fireplace. The large bay window overlooks the front yard.

Main entryway (front door) opens to coat closet, and into living room area; side door (common entry point) enters into living/dining areas, with shoe trays and umbrellas for guest use.

Dining area: table with seating for 6 guests, adjacent to slider to outdoor deck & backyard

Kitchen: Fully equipped with NEW electric oven/stove, NEW refrigerator/freezer, and NEW dishwasher; NEW countertop appliances include coffee maker, microwave, toaster and blender; cooking & baking basics - pots & pans, oil, salt & pepper; dishes & silverware, glassware; kitchen fire extinguisher provided. Kitchen towels & a new kitchen sponge are stocked for each new stay.

Main Bathroom - full bath with shower/tub combo, and ceiling mount exhaust fan with Bluetooth speaker & LED light... play your own music while you shower & get ready!

Master Bedroom: 1 king bed, bureau, closet, shoe rack & laundry bin; Smart TV

Outside: sliding doors from the dining area open up to the outdoor deck with outdoor dining table & seating; grill available (one full propane tank provided); quintessential outdoor shower; fire pit area with seating; outdoor lawn games available; movie screen & projector for outdoor movie nights. Driveway accommodates 2-3 vehicles

Basement: washer/dryer available (laundry soap and dryer sheets are not provided); outdoor lawn games, extra lawn chairs, beach chairs & cooler, beach wagon, infant/toddler items, etc.

Utility/Cleaning: our utility closet is stocked & available for your stay with the following items: paper towels & basic cleaning supplies; vacuum, Swiffer wet mop, broom & dustpan, handheld duster brush; first aid kit & fire extinguisher; ironing board & auto shut-off iron available; board games/puzzles/books...

Things to Note:
- Linens (sheets, bath towels and beach towels) are NOT included in the rental. You are welcome to bring your own, or we are happy to partner with Chatham Concierge for all linen rental services. Chatham Concierge will deliver linens to the property on your arrival date, and will pick up on the departure date. The cost for linen rental ranges depending on what is selected - including sheets, bath towels, beach towels, delivery/pick up service, and an optional add-on bed making service. Please inquire to learn more! (pillows, quilts and protective coverings - pillow protectors & mattress protectors - are provided by host for every bed)

The Allen House is located less than 5 miles from many popular beaches including Mayflower, Corporation, Chapin's & Grays Beaches, and approximately 6 miles from West Dennis Beach; peaceful Follins Pond is less than a mile walk; many nearby recreational activities and excursions, such as kayaking/paddleboards, bike trails, golf, tennis, fishing & harbor cruises, etc.

Take a stroll through Dennis Village - there are many shops, cafes, restaurants & bars, galleries and more. Visit the Cape Cod Center of the Arts, consisting of the Cape Playhouse, Cape Cinema and Cape Cod Museum of Art. Approximately 2.5 mi or 6 min drive.
