The living room with its fireplace and antique player piano, TV den, dining room, large side porch and small front porch make up a comfortable space arrangement. 2 of the 7 bedrooms are on the first floor. Steps to Bristol and Heights sandy ocean Beaches, which have a great view of Martha's Vineyard. 1 mile to Ocean Queen Ferry dock. 1 1/2 miles to Falmouth Village. Owners have an apartment attached to main residence but secured separate entrance. Parking for 4 mid size cars. Quiet one-way street. Note: 1) Linens are provided; however, renters must provide their own towels. 2)Roof deck shown in main picture is not accessible by renters.

About the owner: Hi. My sons and I have owned this vintage beach house since 1987. I enjoy meeting people looking for a Cape Cod experience. Hosting large families, family reunions, bicycle club groups, golf teams, Oceanographic teams and wedding parties.
Why this property? Charming vintage Cape Cod beach house. It has greeted many families over the years. Generations of children have grown up feeling this rental is theirs and keep coming when they have children. The house has character of decades past, and the house scavenger hunt is fun for all ages. Updated kitchen and baths. 3 TV's, internet, old fashioned player piano, games to play on a rainy day, laundry room, outdoor shower. Steps to Bristol and Heights sandy ocean beaches and short walk to restaurants and island queen ferry to Marthas Vineyard.
