Where to eat in Wellfleet

Wicked Oyster 

Wicked Oyster is a casual yet elegant restaurant. The outdoor seating area is perfectly beachy covered in crushed shells and simple wood tables. Indoors you will find a cozy dining room. The seafood and food in general here is spectacular. They serve local wellfleet oysters, as well as a variety of other fresh options. The menu is creative and so are the delicious craft cocktails.

Winslow’s Tavern

This special spot is centrally located in downtown Wellfleet and has been around for 20 years! In the summer they offer an oyster happy hour on the terrace in between lunch and dinner. The terrace is beautiful and so are the dishes – every dish is plated as a work of art. So many unique fresh flavors. This restaurant is a must-try!

PB Boulangerie Bistro

This unique restaurant is “a taste of France” in Cape Cod. They offer fantastic French dishes prepared classically and always with only the freshest ingredients.

C⋆Shore Kitchen and Bar

The vibe here is fresh and local. C⋆Shore has a terrific menu featuring New American cuisine. They put a seasonal twist on the fresh seafood and if seafood isn’t your thing they have lots of other amazing menu options as well.

Pearl

Pearl has amazing harbor views, fantastic food with a southern twist and a great drink menu. Doesn’t get any better than that! They have prime rooftop seating, but if the wait is too long no worries – the indoor dining room also has panoramic views of the water. There isn’t a bad seat in the house here!

Van Rensselaer’s Restaurant

This family-owned and operated restaurant has been around since 1980. They have an awesome oyster bar  and serve up only the freshest local seafood and perfectly prepared meats. They have an outdoor patio and porch that is perfect for sunny cape days and warm summer nights.

Hog Island Surf Lodge and Beer Yard

This restaurant and beer garden has a full menu, raw bar and great beer options including their own freshly crafted Hog Island beers. The Surf Lodge and beer garden both have a chill vibe. This is a great spot to relax and hang for the day. The Surf Lodge is unique with all sorts of cool memorabilia all around.

Moby Dick’s

Moby Dick’s has been around since 1983. This local favorite is a classic New England clam shack taken to the next level. They have some of the freshest seafood on the Cape! Also, make sure to bring your own wine or beer – they are BYOB!
